You'll need to download this free program to view PDFs (Portable Document Files) which are a more common file format these days.
WinZip
This is a useful program for compressing documents. Once installed, simply highlight the files you would like compressed in Windows Explorer (hold the Window Key + E), right-click and select "Add to Zip...". Then it's a matter of typing in the name of the ZIP file.
